1.2 Profile
The rack upright profile is made of galvanized steel, thickness 1.0–2.0mm, featuring precise punched holes for bolts and attachments. It has a vertical column shape with optional reinforcing ribs. Designed for warehouse and retail shelving, the profile ensures high strength, dimensional accuracy, corrosion resistance, and easy assembly, suitable for heavy-duty storage applications.

Process:

This production line precisely forms rack upright profiles with pre-punched bolt holes. Servo feeding ensures alignment with punching, while the gantry roll former guarantees dimensional accuracy and structural stability. The tracking hydraulic cutter provides precise length control. Accumulator racks coordinate speed differences, maintaining continuous, high-efficiency production with minimal downtime.
