The Realkey Cross Belt Sorter is a precision-engineered solution designed for fast, accurate
parcel and package distribution. This advanced system combines
rail-guided carts, transverse conveyor belts, and intelligent
control technology into one high-performance platform. Carts—linked
in a continuous motion loop—feature belts aligned perpendicular to
the direction of travel, which activate at specific drop points to
release items with exact placement. Items can be introduced
manually or through automated systems.
Offered in loop (circular) and straight-line (linear) configurations, the system supports high-volume environments.
Circular layouts process up to 22,000 items per hour at 2 m/s, while linear layouts handle 8,000 items per hour at speeds of 1.5 m/s. This makes the sorter especially suited for
logistics-intensive sectors including courier services, online retail, fashion, food and beverage,
pharmaceuticals, airport cargo, and beauty products.

carts based on package size. Smaller items are grouped efficiently,
while larger packages (up to 1.2 meters) are allocated two carts,

Maintenance routing is automated through the central system
interface. When a cart requires servicing, it's seamlessly
redirected to a designated maintenance lane—reducing downtime and
